Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cook, Line Cook, Prep Cook, Grill Cook, Restaurant Cook, Kitchen Cook, or similar culinary role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Passion for food, hospitality, and guest service
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and production schedules
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency standards
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Assist with food preparation, storage, and inventory management
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Support breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special meal service
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and hospitality team members
- Deliver excellent service and hospitality to residents and guests
