About The Position

SA Hospitality Group is Italian at heart, founded by Gherardo Guarducci and Dimitri Pauli. Since 2003, under the culinary vision of Chef Iacopo Falai, the group has expanded to include iconic destinations with its three brands: Sant Ambroeus, Casa Lever, and Felice. With over 25 restaurants across Manhattan, the Hamptons, Palm Beach, Aspen, Connecticut, Milan, and Paris, and with continued growth planned, SA Hospitality Group is seeking passionate culinary talent. They are looking for individuals with a strong affinity for high-quality Italian cuisine who thrive in a dynamic work environment. The group is interested in meeting strong back-of-house individuals open to working at any of their restaurant locations across their 3 brands.

Responsibilities

  • Work at any of SA Hospitality Group's restaurant locations across their 3 brands.
  • Contribute to the culinary operations in roles such as Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, Line Cook, Prep Cook, Salad Cook, Pastry Cook, or Dishwasher.
