About The Position

SA Hospitality Group is seeking passionate culinary talent for various back-of-house positions across its three brands: Sant Ambroeus, Casa Lever, and Felice. The group, known for its Italian heritage and modern approach, operates over 25 restaurant locations in desirable areas such as Manhattan, the Hamptons, Palm Beach, Aspen, Connecticut, Milan, and Paris. Ideal candidates will have a strong affinity for high-quality Italian cuisine and thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment. This is an open call for individuals interested in roles ranging from Executive Chef to Dishwasher.

Requirements

  • Passion for hospitality.
  • Strong affinity for high-quality Italian cuisine.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Open to working at any of the restaurant locations across 3 brands.
  • Satisfactory proof of employment authorization and identity to complete Form I-9 within 72 hours of commencing work.
