About The Position

A.G. Rhodes is seeking a Full-time Culinary Services Manager for their Cobb community. This non-profit organization, recognized for its quality care, offers a compassionate, inclusive, and innovative work environment. The Culinary Services Manager will lead the Culinary Services team to ensure client satisfaction with food quality and meal service. This role requires a current Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification and operates on a day shift, Monday through Friday schedule.

Requirements

Current Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification
3 years of experience as Culinary Services/Dietary Manager
2 years of experience working in health care setting
Strong knowledge of compliance standards for meal service, food quality, and CMS requirements
Genuine passion for working with elders
Strong team work and leadership skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organization and time management skills

Nice To Haves

Experience working in LTC/skilled nursing community
Experience working in a Person-directed care community

Responsibilities

Leading the Culinary Services team members towards client satisfaction with food quality and meal service.
Managing budgets and supply management to ensure optimal operational performance.
Developing effective working relationships across all departments.
Developing team members through training, coaching, and mentoring.
