Culinary Server (Part Time AM Shifts) - Round Lake Senior Living
About The Position
Round Lake, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Server to join their growing team. Round Lake Senior Living, which opened in January 2023, is a beautiful 120-unit apartment-style community in Arden Hills providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The community is looking for compassionate individuals passionate about enriching the lives of seniors to help them Age Magnificently. Culinary Assistants/Servers become family and impact the lives of residents. In this role, you will assist in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff, creating an environment that promotes resident well-being.
Requirements
- Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
- Must possess advanced computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
- Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
- Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
- Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
- Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
