About The Position

Round Lake, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Server to join their growing team. Round Lake Senior Living, which opened in January 2023, is a beautiful community located in Arden Hills, near Bethel University. They help seniors Age Magnificently in a 120-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The community is growing with a wonderful team who assist residents in aging magnificently. This role is part-time with PM shifts available (4p-7:30p) and an every-other-weekend rotation. The wage is $15.50 - $20.50. The company is seeking compassionate individuals passionate about enriching the lives of seniors. Culinary Assistants/Servers become family and impact the lives of residents in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. The role involves assisting in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff, while creating an environment that promotes resident well-being.

Requirements

Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
Must possess advanced computer skills.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
