Requirements
- Current Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Culinary, Food Science or related field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to exercise independent judgment
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the R&D team to understand how to setup the lab and individual stations according to upcoming projects.
- Perform all tasks as guided in a sanitary and timely manner.
- Maintain an organized work area and lab notebook.
- Assist / organize sensory tastings.
- Assist in organizing nutritional and specification information.
- Demonstrate flexibility while working on projects and deadlines.
- Follow recipes and packaging specifications.
- Work with cross functional teams and communicate positively.
