The role requires maintaining meticulous records of infant feeding orders, preparation, and inventory using an electronic medical record system. Additionally, the technician manages the daily ordering and distribution of human milk bank orders and enteral formula for all patient age groups across the hospital. This position also entails supervising the enteral nutritional formulary room to ensure adequate staffing, operating all preparation equipment safely and sanitarily, adhering to facility health and safety policies, and providing training and assistance to other technicians to maintain departmental efficiency.
