The Culinary Assistant | Dietary Assistant position at Aspire Senior Living in Oshkosh, WI is a part-time role. This role focuses on providing customer service to residents, visitors, and staff, attending to residents’ individual dietary needs when taking and delivering food orders, and maintaining the comfort, privacy, and dignity of residents. The assistant will also be involved in assisting with food preparation and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and order, working under the supervision of the executive chef and sous chef.

Requirements

Ability to speak, read and write English
Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines

Nice To Haves

High school diploma, GED, or 1-3 months related experience or training

Strong customer service focus
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Experience assisting with food preparation and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and order

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff
