About The Position

All Saints Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a compassionate and passionate Culinary Assistant/Server to join their growing team. This part-time role involves assisting in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff, while fostering an environment that promotes resident well-being. All Saints Senior Living is located in Shakopee, Minnesota, and provides Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in an 84-unit, apartment-style community. The company emphasizes a welcoming staff and stable leadership, aiming to help seniors 'Age Magnificently'.

Requirements

Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
Must possess advanced computer skills.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assisting in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff.
Creating an environment that promotes resident well-being.
Setting up room trays and tables in the dining room.
Serving and bussing trays.
Pouring and covering beverages.
Assisting in preparing and covering food.
Transporting carts to appropriate areas.
Delivering trays, when applicable.
Delivering nourishments and snacks appropriately.
Maintaining a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
Soaking, scrubbing, scraping, and washing soiled dishes.
