About The Position
NorBella Champlin, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Culinary Assistant/Server to join their team. NorBella Champlin is located in Champlin, MN, and is a growing community with a fun, caring, and passionate team that helps seniors Age Magnificently in their 40-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident well-being.
Requirements
- Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
- Must possess advanced computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
- Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
- Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
- Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
- Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
