About The Position
Gable Pines, a Lifespark Senior Living Community in Vadnais Heights, is seeking a Culinary Assistant/Server. The community provides Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The position assists with preparing, distributing, and supplying food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while supporting resident well-being. Part-time PM shifts are available from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The wage range is $15.50–$20.50 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.
- Must possess advanced computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Set up room trays and dining room tables.
- Serve meals and bus trays.
- Pour and cover beverages.
- Assist with preparing and covering food.
- Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays when applicable.
- Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
- Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
- Soak, scrub, scrape, and wash soiled dishes.
