About The Position

The Cub’s Den is a safe and fun playroom environment where children can enjoy their time while families explore the mountain. As the Cub’s Den Supervisor, you’ll oversee the daily operation of the playroom, ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of every child in your care. This position requires strong attention to detail, responsibility, and a caring, child-focused approach.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work with children ages 6 months and up
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation required
• Must submit to a Criminal Background Check (CORI)

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate staffing levels in the Cub’s Den based on business needs
• Use the reservation system to manage and schedule future reservations
• Maintain knowledge of all cleaning products, materials, and equipment, and ensure safe use at all times
• Enforce Cub’s Den policies and procedures, including child pick-up codes, food allergies, and medical conditions
• Supervise and ensure safe, appropriate conduct for all attendees and staff
• Follow all opening, closing, and daily safety checklist procedures
• Communicate concerns or incidents to management promptly
• Ensure daily bank deposits are completed and submitted on time
• Oversee proper sign-in and sign-out procedures for all children
