About The Position

Our Rental & Repair Shop team is at the heart of every guest’s mountain experience, providing them with the equipment and support they need for a safe and enjoyable day on the slopes. As Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations, support your staff, and ensure guests receive exceptional service from start to finish.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Guest-focused with strong customer service skills
Punctual, reliable, and prepared to work scheduled shifts
Professional in both appearance and demeanor
Safety-conscious and attentive to detail
Available to work weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

Strong knowledge of ski and snowboard rental/repair systems, procedures, and equipment.

Responsibilities

Maintain a strong knowledge of ski and snowboard rental/repair systems, procedures, and equipment.
Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and adherence to resort standards.
Provide accurate resort information and assist guests with questions about services and amenities.
Monitor team performance, using guest and staff feedback to enhance service quality.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and fairly, balancing the best interests of all parties.
Support your team by ensuring necessary tools, supplies, and materials are available when needed.
Manage staffing levels to meet business demands while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
Ensure timely completion of preventative maintenance and equipment repairs.
Respond appropriately to emergencies, such as fire alarms, accidents, or lost/stolen equipment reports.
Uphold the safety and security of both staff and guests at all times.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming rental shop environment.
