CTS Infrastructure Lead
About The Position
The IT Infrastructure Lead is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, security, and performance of the organization’s IT infrastructure and technology environment. This position provides technical leadership for servers, networks, cloud services, systems, endpoints, and infrastructure-related applications while ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable technology operations. The IT Infrastructure Lead leads infrastructure projects, manages system upgrades and integrations, monitors performance, troubleshoots complex technical issues, and coordinates with internal teams and external technology vendors. This role also establishes and maintains infrastructure standards, security practices, documentation, backup and disaster recovery processes, and business continuity capabilities.
Requirements
- Technical leadership for servers, networks, cloud services, systems, endpoints, and infrastructure-related applications.
- Experience in designing, implementing, maintaining, securing, and ensuring the performance of IT infrastructure.
- Experience in leading infrastructure projects.
- Experience in managing system upgrades and integrations.
- Experience in monitoring performance.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Experience in coordinating with internal teams and external technology vendors.
