About The Position
Provide leadership and daily support in implementing the Blueprint individualized career counseling initiative and connection to college and career readiness. Provide leadership to school-based staff and community stakeholders while working closely in the planning, monitoring, and developing career counseling plans. Lead the Blueprint for Maryland career counseling initiative to ensure students are counseled into viable career pathways and build a foundation for post-secondary success through effective career goal setting. Assigned to multiple school locations to provide daily support to teachers and staff in career-connected learning, assists with professional development activities in coordination with individualized and group career coaching experiences. Monitor data, student engagement, equity, and access. Perform other duties as assigned.
