About The Position

The CTAE Director provides instructional leadership, program supervision, and administrative oversight for the Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education (CTAE) department at Bremen High School. In addition to CTAE Director duties, the position will include responsibility for overseeing Dual Enrollment and Work-Based Learning (WBL) programs. This position is responsible for supervising and supporting CTAE instructional programs and personnel, coordinating postsecondary partnerships, expanding career-connected learning opportunities, monitoring student achievement and program effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with applicable local, state, and federal requirements. The CTAE Director will serve on the school's leadership team and is expected to perform administrative duties that support the overall operation of Bremen High School.

Requirements

• Prior school-level administrative experience, including instructional supervision, teacher evaluation, student discipline, scheduling, and school operations.

• Previous experience as a CTAE instructor.
