About The Position

This is a travel assignment for a CT Tech specializing in CT imaging in Atlanta, GA. The assignment is for 8 weeks and begins on October 5, 2026. The role is in a hospital setting with guaranteed 36 hours per week, featuring a day shift schedule of 12 hours (7:00 am – 7:30 pm) across 3 days per week. The weekly pay ranges from $2,402 to $2,524.

Requirements

Proficiency with CT imaging protocols and patient positioning in a busy clinical setting

Nice To Haves

ARRT CT certification preferred
Experience with EPIC radiology software or similar EMR/RIS systems preferred

Responsibilities

Perform CT imaging procedures on GE CT scanners, including both older platform units and Revolution platform models, following established protocol.
Position and prepare patients, provide clear explanations, and ensure comfort and safety during scanning.
Administer contrast agents as ordered and monitor for adverse reactions, when credentialed and trained.
Acquire high-quality diagnostic CT images by adjusting acquisition parameters and protocols to optimize image quality while minimizing radiation exposure.
Utilize the EPIC system for order entry, result documentation, and workflow communication with radiologists and clinicians.
Collaborate with the patient care team in a Level 1 trauma, stroke, and burn imaging context to deliver timely imaging and accurate findings.
