About The Position

The CSS Assistant is an entry level position for an individual who has no experience in Central Sterile Supply. A CSS Assistant will mentored accordingly, depending on skill levels, by Certified CSS Liaison. Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
No experience required.

Nice To Haves

It is expected for an employee in this position to obtain certification as a CST, CRCST or CSPDT with NICHSPDP or IAHCSMN within two years from date of employment.
Progression toward Sterile Processing National Certification.
