About The Position

We are looking for a motivated, people-focused professional to join a well-established supplemental benefits organization that has supported families for more than 60 years. In this position, you will work directly with clients to provide information about available products, services, and coverage options. You will answer questions, review client needs, and help ensure each person receives clear and accurate guidance. You will also stay informed on current programs and updates so you can provide reliable support and identify options that may better fit a client’s needs.

• Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment

• Comfortable speaking with clients, learning new systems, and maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced remote environment.
