About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and manage the payroll team.

Requirements

• Strong payroll experience – MUST
• Management experience – MUST
• Hands-on UKG platform experience – MUST
• Experience managing a team of 50 employees or fewer
• Strong understanding of payroll processes
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to take ownership and keep the department running efficiently

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing from start to finish
• Manage and support the payroll team
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time
• Review payroll reports, deductions, adjustments, and discrepancies
• Troubleshoot payroll and system-related issues
• Handle escalated client/payroll concerns
• Maintain accurate payroll records and processes
• Ensure the department stays organized and deadlines are consistently met
