About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Bilingual Customer Service Sales Representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and promote products and services. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for communicating with the diverse customer base. The position is located in McAllen, Texas, and is full-time, with an hourly salary range of $16.00 to $17.00.

Requirements

Fluency in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, resolve issues, or promote products and services.
Identify and effectively resolve customer concerns to provide a positive experience.
Use problem-solving skills and product knowledge to address inquiries and complaints.
Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
Understand customers’ needs and preferences and offer personalized solutions and recommendations.
Promote products and services through upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with team members and other departments on complex issues, escalating unresolved issues as necessary.
Follow company policies and procedures, including regulatory requirements and data protection guidelines.
Attend required sales and customer service training sessions.
Execute local store marketing initiatives and other marketing efforts.
Represent the company in business-related activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
