This role is responsible for processing payments for our client's mutual customers through both inbound and outbound calls. The CSR will assist customers by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing relevant information in a professional business manner. The position requires adherence to call center scripts and processes, and collaboration with various departments to enhance client satisfaction. Availability to work on Statutory Holidays and as needed by the business is also a requirement.
