About The Position

Wonderly is seeking a CSR/Dispatcher to join their remote team. This role involves calling leads generated for their customers, qualifying them, and booking onsite appointments for contractors. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or dispatch within the home services industry and possess strong phone skills, speed, organization, and a competitive spirit. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple businesses, improve processes, and serves as an entry point into the company's sales organization.

Requirements

Comfortable on the phone all day and not easily rattled.
Fast, coachable, and competitive.
Organized enough to keep clean records without constant reminders.
Ability to identify issues and proactively fix them.
Experience as a CSR, dispatcher, or scheduler at an HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, or restoration company.
Experience running a board on ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, or similar platforms.
Experience in inside sales or appointment setting within the trades.
Experience in a call center, high-volume customer service, or any phone-first role.
New graduates who have demonstrated leadership in serious roles (club, team, side hustle, sport).
Experience in retail, serving, or any high-volume, people-facing role.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Call leads generated for customers, usually within seconds or minutes of the lead coming in.
Qualify leads based on job type, scope, urgency, and budget.
Book appointments into the contractor's calendar and confirm they are set.
Follow up on leads that do not initially pick up, maintaining a consistent cadence.
Maintain a spotless CRM by logging every call, outcome, and next step.
Work leads faster and better than anyone else to ensure the model's success.
