About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next CSI Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located at River Oaks KIA, the CSI Coordinator is responsible for assisting the service department to obtain guest feedback on manufacturer surveys and to follow up to help address and resolve opportunities and grow top-tier results and service experiences. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of Automotive Dealership experience
Excellent oral communication skills.
Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel.
18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy

Nice To Haves

CDK experience preferred

Responsibilities

Download and create reports from manufacturer surveys
Reviews Survey feedback with Manager
Follow up with guest on incomplete surveys to build survey response
Follow up with guest in partnership with Service Manager to address and resolve any concerns
Answer phone calls for the Service Department
Assist with scheduling appointments in the Service Department
