About The Position

Start your healthcare career in a role where your work truly matters. As a CSI Assistant (Center for Status Integrity) at Premier Health, you can build a strong foundation in the healthcare field while supporting the important behind-the-scenes work that helps patients receive timely hospital care and helps the organization secure proper reimbursement. This is an excellent opportunity for a high school graduate or associate’s degree looking to enter healthcare, gain valuable administrative and payer-relations experience, and grow within a respected organization. In this role, you will work closely with CSI nurses, third-party payers, and internal departments to help ensure timely authorization of hospital admissions, compliance with payer contract terms, and accurate communication around coverage, certification, and denials. If you are motivated by meaningful work, professional growth, teamwork, and the chance to make a difference without being in a direct clinical role, this position offers a pathway into healthcare operations with real impact. Premier Health is known as a trusted healthcare employer committed to serving patients, supporting employees, and building strong teams. Team members value the opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization where collaboration, adaptability, and service are appreciated.
