About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining the production plan according to schedule and ensuring manufacturing processes are followed per procedures through audits and observations. The Crystal Growth Tech will provide feedback to process engineering and maintenance regarding manufacturing, foster a cohesive work group through cooperation and coordination, and support process and material growth improvements. Maintaining a clean work area and actively supporting health and safety programs are also key aspects of this position.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent
• Trade school graduate or equivalent
• >2 years of manufacturing experience
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Teamwork
• Results orientated
• Multi-tasking
• Data recording and entry
• Good dexterity
• Work with hands in a production environment
• Work with Acids, Gases, Solvents, and IR materials
• Clean Room environment
• Standing max 8hrs/day
• Lifting 50lbs
• Pushing/Pulling 50lbs
• Sitting max 8hrs/day
• Dexterity for working hands on both material and equipment
• PPE as required by process
