Requirements
- Two year degree or equivalent in a technical field
- 10+ years of direct experience in Solar or Semiconductor silicon CZ crystal growth, wafer manufacturing or a closely related field, with a proven track record of crystal pulling expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of solar or semiconductor silicon CZ crystal manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials with associated familiarity with Crystal Growth process.
Nice To Haves
- Assist with maintenance of accurate documentation of crystal puling processes, procedures, and technical specifications.
- Able to work with various levels of the organization since the role requires training of engineers and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide support as a SME in Cz crystal pulling processes, including process and equipment start up, process optimization and process improvements supporting SOLAR wafer manufacturing process.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization to improve yield, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency in Cz crystal pulling process.
- Support in development and implementation of robust quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of crystal quality are maintained.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to crystal pulling process, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to address process deviations and improve process safety and reliability.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to engineering and manufacturing personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge in crystal growth processes and techniques.
