About The Position

Knife River Casper is accepting applications for a Crushing Foreman for our crushing operations. This is a full-time position that requires travel to out of town sites. The Foreman shall have the ability to conduct daily equipment inspections to identify any safety and maintenance issues.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.
• At least 2 years of experience or practical knowledge in this position, and management experience.
• Ability to perform simple computer tasks is a must.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely and productively perform duties including management and direct involvement of all crushing related tasks.
• Work safely and follow all company policies.
• Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel and to perform all duties safely and productively to ensure quality work.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections to identify any safety and maintenance issues.
