About The Position
The Cruise Reservation Specialist assists clients with selecting, booking, and managing cruise vacations. This is a remote position requiring communication, sales, and organizational skills. The specialist processes bookings and payments, maintains client relationships through personalized service and follow-ups, and works with cruise partners to obtain deals and perks. The position also involves staying current on cruise promotions, policies, and travel regulations, resolving booking-related concerns, and offering additional travel services.
Requirements
- Previous experience in travel sales, reservations, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of cruise lines, destinations, and travel industry trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings efficiently.
- Sales-oriented mindset and passion for helping clients plan vacations.
- Proficiency with online booking systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
