This role involves providing safe and effective coaching using CrossFit methodologies, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to a dynamic gym environment.

Requirements

Must have availability on Wednesday mornings.
High school diploma or equivalent.
3 years CrossFit experience preferred.
CrossFit Level 1 or higher is required.
U.S. Work Authorization (required).

Responsibilities

Conduct a class while applying the CrossFit program safely and effectively.
Greet clients upon entering and throughout class.
Provide post training feedback and cues for improved performance.
Ensure a standard of proper mechanics at high intensity.
Identify the primary points of performance of foundational and additional movements.
Apply appropriate corrections toward improved movement.
Scale for any ability level.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to enhance their gym experience.
