Requirements

Must be professional, courteous, and friendly.
Must have the willingness to work as part of a team.
Must be able to stand, walk, and lift.
Must be able to read and communicate effectively with co-workers to complete demands and support Dining Services.

Nice To Haves

Banquet server experience is a plus.
A willingness to learn new things is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain a friendly demeanor while catering to the needs of residents and guests.
Present specials, take orders, provide refills, and fulfill other guest needs to exceed expectations.
Work as a team to maintain the upkeep of dining venues and certain areas of the kitchen.
Answer the phone, take reservations, and seat residents and their guests.
Be respectful to all residents, guests, and coworkers.
Strive to provide the highest quality of service.
Wear proper uniform, including black non-skid shoes and a name badge.
