Supports and troubleshoots hardware and software test operations/measurement in multiple locations. This role involves managing schedules, organizing tests, and facilitating prioritization. The associate will work with engineers to develop measurement techniques, design effective methods and equipment, develop and execute measurement plans, lead troubleshooting, verify solutions, design and procure fixtures, create software for special applications, and document hardware test measurements and summaries. Additionally, the role provides technical support to customers worldwide, ensures adherence to company guidelines, and participates in quality procedure maintenance. Training, counseling, mentoring, and coaching are also key aspects. The associate will represent the company to customers, suppliers, and outside agencies, interact effectively with employees, and exercise independent decision-making for problem-solving, technical and analytical work, budget management, and program coordination. Adaptability, responsiveness to changing work needs, and participation in improvement projects are essential. Compliance with safety policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, and sharing work are required. The associate must manage their own work, maintain a flexible schedule, participate in audits, and engage in continuous learning. Travel is required, and other miscellaneous duties may be assigned.
