About The Position

This position is for a Cross-Border Northeast U.S. Short-Haul Owner-Operator. The role primarily involves running Canada/U.S. short-haul routes in Quebec, Ontario, and the Northeast U.S. Drivers will average 5-7 days on the road at a time, with approximately 85% U.S. miles. The company offers a fleet of support professionals for trip planning and provides access to reliable equipment and efficient technology. Requirements

Owner-Operator with 24 months tractor-trailer experience.
Tractor must be equipped with a working DEF system.
Bunk truck required.
Must be U.S. qualified.
Must hold a valid FAST card.
Must have a minimum of 6 months U.S. driving experience.
Must have a minimum of 6 months Highway 17 experience.
Must have a valid Class 1/AZ license.
Reliable, flexible, and punctual.
Strong communication skills.
Values safety.
Registered with the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.

Nice To Haves

Willing to drive in all provinces and states to support varying customer and freight requirements.
Areas of operation might vary on occasion; regional freight might be required.

Responsibilities

Primarily running Canada/U.S. short-haul in Quebec, Ontario, and the Northeast U.S.
