About The Position

Primarily running open-board Canada/U.S. in Ontario, Quebec, and the Midwest U.S. This position requires you to be on the road 5 to 7 days at a time and average 2,500 miles per week. Destinations might vary, must be willing to drive in all Canadian Provinces and U.S. States to support varying customer and freight requirements. Must be willing to drive in the Northeast U.S. if required. Required to drive Highway 17 in Ontario. Regional freight will be required. Ability to pull refrigerated freight if available. Requirements

Owner-Operator with 24 months tractor-trailer experience
Tractor must be equipped with a working DEF system
Bunk truck required
Must be U.S. qualified
Must hold a valid FAST card
Minimum of 6 months U.S. driving experience
Minimum of 6 months Highway 17 experience
Must be able to work weekends
Must have a valid Class 1/AZ license
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more
Driver assist is required on occasion
Reliable, flexible, and punctual
Strong communication skills
Values safety
Registered with the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
