About The Position

Bison Transport is seeking established Company Driver teams for a cross-border Team schedule. This role involves driving between Canada and the U.S., with a focus on the Midwest and Northeast U.S. The schedule runs 5 days out, averaging 5000 miles per week, with weekly pay. Drivers will be required to drive Highway 17 in Ontario year-round. Freight and destinations may vary, and hours of work can change based on operational demands. Requirements

Valid Class 1/AZ license.
Qualified to drive in the U.S.
Eligible to cross the border.
6 months of driving HWY17 experience.
Registered with the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
Must have a qualified team partner.

Responsibilities

Drive between Winnipeg and the Midwest or Northeast U.S., deliver and reload to Ontario or Quebec.
Depart Tuesday night with an expedited load to Winnipeg, reload to the U.S. and return to Winnipeg.
Drive Highway 17 in Ontario 12 months a year.
Haul all commodities including meat and alcohol.
Be available for additional work upon request.
Adapt to potential variations in freight and destinations.
Adjust to changes in hours and days of work according to operational demands.
Ensure compliance with Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse registration.
