As a Crop Protection Sales Representative in NW Missouri, you will be selling and representing BASF with our agricultural crop protection products. As a Crop Protection Sales Rep - Northwest MO (Field), you create chemistry by implementing marketing programs with key retailers and launching new products into this geography. Your market knowledge within the diverse markets we operate in will be a valued asset as you create demand for innovative products with key retailers. You will be successfully engaged outside the organization, providing superior customer service while developing strong relationships with retailers. You will also be driving strategic decisions for the business, developing, and executing strong business plans for results.
