About The Position

Join our practice in Albuquerque, NM, where CRNAs and MDs practice independently in a collaborative anesthesiology team. You’ll join a collegial team of CRNAs and anesthesiologists who prioritize interprofessional collaboration to ensure we provide our patients the best possible anesthetic care. CRNAs will practice to the full scope of their license and independently perform all pre-ops, anesthetics, PACU management, blocks, lines, etc. A facilitator is available to help run the board, for consultation, and for a second set of hands in an emergency. Willing to mentor for blocks and lines. This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA who wants to escape the ACT and begin independent practice or a motivated new graduate hoping to practice to the full scope of their license.

Requirements

CRNA license
Ability to practice to the full scope of the license
Willingness to mentor for blocks and lines
Three-year commitment for sign-on/relo bonus
Contractors’ insurance must be in compliance with the NM Patient Compensation Fund (PCF)

Responsibilities

Independently perform all pre-ops, anesthetics, PACU management, blocks, and lines.
Practice to the full scope of the CRNA license.
Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other CRNAs.
Participate in weekday, weekend, and holiday call.
Manage anesthetic care for a variety of cases including general, ortho, ENT, bariatrics, plastics, GYN, peds dental, peds ENT, GI, urology, spine, neuro, and optional OB.
