About The Position

The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading ambulatory surgery center company to recruit a PRN CRNA in Detroit, Michigan. The organization specializes in dental restorative and exodontia surgery for pediatric and special needs patients under general anesthesia. The role provides anesthesia care in a fast-paced ASC environment, with approximately seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day. The schedule is PRN, with no call, weekends, or holidays.

Requirements

• Licensed CRNA with appropriate state licensure.
• Experience working with pediatric patients.
• Current BLS certification.
• AHA or equivalent PALS certification within six months of hire.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfort working in a multidisciplinary surgical environment.

Nice To Haves

• National Board certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for pediatric patients.
• Partner with dentists, anesthesiologists, RNs, RDAs, and other surgical team members.
• Treat approximately seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced ASC environment.
• Collaborate across anesthesia staffing models, including Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models.
