About The Position

The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading ambulatory surgery center (ASC) company to recruit a PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Detroit, Michigan. The organization specializes in dental restorative and exodontia surgery for pediatric and special needs patients under general anesthesia.

The CRNA provides safe, high-quality anesthesia care in a fast-paced ASC and works with dentists, anesthesiologists, registered nurses, registered dental assistants, and other surgical team members. A typical operating-room day involves treating approximately seven pediatric patients. The role collaborates across anesthesia staffing models, including Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models.

The position offers flexible PRN scheduling, with no call, weekends, or holidays. The CRNA will join a close-knit surgical team and care for pediatric and special needs patients at a growing organization committed to accessible patient care.

Requirements

• Licensed CRNA with appropriate state licensure.
• Experience working with pediatric patients.
• Current BLS certification.
• AHA or equivalent PALS certification within 6 months of hire.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfort working in a multidisciplinary surgical environment.

Nice To Haves

• National Board certification is strongly preferred.
