About The Position

NorthStar Anesthesia is expanding its team to Hinsdale and La Grange, Illinois, and is seeking Full-Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs). This position offers a no-call schedule and competitive compensation, starting at $253,000 for new graduates, with increased pay based on experience. The role includes 7 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO). Additional signing bonuses may be available for eligible candidates who refer a colleague or sign on as a group. The scope of practice covers a wide range of cases including general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, pediatric ENT, obstetrics, cath lab procedures, interventional radiology (including stroke care), neurosurgery, general surgery, cardiovascular (physician only), vascular surgery, and pain management.

Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.
New graduates are welcome.
Experience is compensated at a higher rate.

Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical and medical procedures.
Administer anesthesia for general, orthopedic, gynecological, urological, pediatric ENT, obstetrical, cath lab, interventional radiology, neurosurgical, cardiovascular, vascular, and pain management cases.
Collaborate with surgical and medical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
Monitor patients during procedures and adjust anesthesia as needed.
Manage post-anesthesia care.
