About The Position

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a brand-new start-up program within NorthStar Anesthesia. The Mid-America Surgery Institute (MASI) is an accredited surgery center located in Overland Park, Kansas. As part of the HCA system and affiliated with Menorah Medical Center, MASI is proud to be one of NorthStar Anesthesia’s newest start-ups, set to go live on March 2nd, 2026! This brand-new site offers CRNAs the chance to join a strong, collaborative anesthesia team from day one and help shape the future of an exciting new program.

Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a start-up program
• Experience with diverse case mix including: Endoscopy, ENT, General Surgery, Gynecology, Neuro, Total Joint, Orthopedics, GI, Podiatry, and Urology

Responsibilities

• Medical Direction (4 ORs)
• CRNA Only (2 ORs)
