About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team at the Ambulatory Surgery Center in New Orleans, LA. This is a per diem opportunity within a large, advanced private practice group. The role involves providing superior anesthesia care, working collaboratively with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff in an independent practice model with a high degree of autonomy. The position offers flexible scheduling with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays. Both 1099 and W-2 per diem options are available.
Requirements
- CRNA Eligible state license
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
