About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team at the Ambulatory Surgery Center in Bloomington, IL. This role involves providing superior care and working collaboratively with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff. The position offers a highly competitive salary, a sign-on bonus, and flexible scheduling with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays. It features an independent CRNA practice model with a high degree of autonomy.
Requirements
- CRNA Eligible state license
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
