About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team at the Specialty Alliance Ambulatory Surgery Center in Elgin, IL. This is an opportunity to work within a large, advanced private practice group, providing superior care and collaborating with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff. The role offers a highly competitive compensation package, a sign bonus, and a flexible scheduling model with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays. CRNAs will practice independently with a high degree of autonomy, providing anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures. Responsibilities include conducting pre-anesthesia evaluations, managing airway and anesthesia administration, monitoring patients throughout procedures and recovery, and collaborating with the healthcare team. The position emphasizes compliance with clinical and safety standards within a supportive team culture and strong operational support.
Requirements
- CRNA Eligible state license
