About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team at an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Elgin, IL. This is an opportunity to work within a large, advanced private practice group, providing superior care and collaborating with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff. The position offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a sign-on bonus, and features no call, no nights, no weekends, and no holidays. It operates under an independent CRNA practice model, allowing for a high degree of autonomy.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
