About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team at an Ambulatory Surgery Center. This is a per diem opportunity within a large, advanced private practice group, focused on providing superior care in collaboration with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff. The role emphasizes an independent CRNA practice model with a high degree of autonomy, offering flexible scheduling and both 1099 and W-2 per diem options. The practice is physician-led, with a commitment to clinical excellence, growth, and exceptional patient care, operating as a Management Services Organization (MSO) to reduce administrative burden and allow physicians to focus on patients.

Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
