About The Position

A well-established outpatient oral surgery ambulatory surgery center in the Nashville area is looking for a dedicated CRNA to join a close-knit clinical team. This role offers a focused specialty environment, a Monday through Thursday schedule, and competitive pay. The position involves pediatric dentistry and oral and maxillofacial surgery in a busy outpatient practice, not a hospital setting. The CRNA must be comfortable with nasal intubation on healthy children and can cover maxillofacial cases from childhood through older adulthood. The role includes delivering safe, precise anesthesia care, completing pre-anesthesia assessments, building the anesthesia plan, managing the airway, and overseeing patient recovery. There is no hospital board or inpatient rounding required.

Requirements

Current CRNA certification
Active Tennessee CRNA license or ability to obtain prior to start
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS
Comfort with nasal intubation on healthy pediatric patients

Nice To Haves

Dental, oral surgery, or pediatric ASC experience

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, precise anesthesia care for pediatric dental and oral surgery patients.
Complete pre-anesthesia assessment.
Build the anesthesia plan.
Run the airway.
Stay with the patient through recovery.

Cover maxillofacial cases from childhood through older adulthood.
