About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team at the Cypress, TX location. This role involves providing superior anesthesia care for outpatient procedures in collaboration with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff. The position offers a high degree of autonomy within an independent CRNA practice model, with flexible scheduling and no call, nights, weekends, or holidays. The practice is a large, advanced private practice group focused on physician-led, multi-specialty care.
Requirements
- CRNA Eligible state license
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
