About The Position
Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a CRNA to join their team at Rehoboth McKinley Christian Healthcare Services in Gallup, New Mexico. This is a part-time, 13-week job share opportunity for independent providers who value flexibility, autonomy, and leadership within a close-knit, rural hospital environment. The position offers a competitive salary and a manageable call schedule, with no OB services required. The case mix includes General Surgery, Endoscopy, Orthopedics, plus limited GYN, Urology, and Podiatry. The team consists of 4 CRNAs, with 2 on-site daily and shared call responsibilities. This role is ideal for providers comfortable practicing independently in a rural setting and who value schedule flexibility and teamwork.
Requirements
- Board certified/eligible CRNA
- Comfortable practicing independently in a rural setting
- Providers who value schedule flexibility and teamwork encouraged to apply

- Prior leadership experience or strong interest in a chief role preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care in a rural hospital setting.
- Participate in a job share model, typically working 1 week per month.
- Cover shared call responsibilities with a 4-member CRNA-only team.
- Respond to off-site calls within a 30-minute timeframe.
- Manage cases including General Surgery, Endoscopy, Orthopedics, limited GYN, Urology, and Podiatry.
- Collaborate with a team of CRNAs and support staff.
